This is the 'emergency' client version, something that I've just hacked up from the sample speex code, and with the IE SDK for HTTP file access... Anyways this is just a zip file, it installs nothing, so it won't corrupt systems, and it works on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 95,98,ME 2000, XP, Vista & Windows 7...

Simply download the zip file, and unzip it. Then run the 'run.bat' file and it should be playing in seconds (yes even on dialup).

Who knows, it may even work on Wine for linux users...
